George Zimmerman's wife Shellie was arrested and charged with perjury yesterday after deceiving a judge about her husband's finances during a bond hearing. According to prosecutors, Zimmerman lied to a judge to hide roughly $135,000 from the court.
Shellie Zimmerman was taken to John E. Polk Correctional Facility in Sanford, Fla., yesterday afternoon—the same prison as her husband. This comes after George Zimmerman's bond was revoked for misleading about money raised through his website.
