Paul and Belinda Berloni are the most awesome, yet irresponsible grandparents at the same damn time. In an innocent, yet liquor-fueled move, they decided to tie their 7-year-old granddaughter's Hot Wheels car to the trailer hitch of their SUV and take her for a spin. The biggest problem at hand was that Paul was driving drunk with no license, because his had been revoked by a DUI he received 10 years ago.
Apparently, the Berloni's were aware that their actions were dangerous, but didn't care too much because they were having fun. And they were drunk:
