This week, PETA released its list of the most vegan-friendly cities in the United States. There are few surprises here, especially at the top of the list. Austin, TX landed atop the list thanks to its burgeoning vegan movement. This includes food trucks, sit-down restaurants and ice cream shops.
In yet another shocking revelation, Portland was named the runner-up. The remaining cities include Los Angeles, New York City, Chicago, Seattle, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Boulder, CO and Richmond, VA.
