Alaia Baldwin Aronow, sister of Hailey Bieber, faces up to a year in jail after being charged in her 2024 arrest stemming from a physical altercation at a Georgia club.
Georgia prosecutors brought forth the charges of simple battery, simple assault, battery, and criminal trespass against Aronow on Monday (Jan. 26), according to court documents obtained by Us Weekly.
Aronow was arrested in Feb. 2024 following an incident at Club Elan where she allegedly assaulted three employees. According to TMZ, Aronow became "belligerent and combative" after she was told to leave an employee-only bathroom.
Court docs accuse Aronow of intentionally causing physical harm to a person named Jacinto Hills by striking the victim in the genitals. Prosecutors charged Aronow with simple assault for throwing a tampon at an employee.
Aronow also allegedly removed "a portion of hair from the scalp of Ian O'Neill by pulling on said victim's hair, contrary to the laws of the State of Georgia."
In an interview with Us Weekly last year, Club Elan bartender Haleigh Cauley gave her account of the incident.
"Her friends said she needed a minute and she said, 'I need to change my tampon,'" Cauley recalled. "She proceeded to stay in the bathroom. I told her again she had to leave and she said, 'I'm changing my tampon, do you want to see it?' And flings it up and it smacks my face."
"It was a hot mess," she said.
