Soon the weather will change and people's clothing will follow suit. Before you know it women will rock short shorts and dresses outside, so Self Magazine used their January issue to show off the always hot Emmy Rossum in that aforementioned attire. And we gotta admit, Emmy is making us look forward to the warmer temperatures.
