The Amanda Bynes Breakdown Story

Tweets like this one typically aren't newsworthy, but when it is Bynes' first one in 10 months, it will definitely draw people's attention.

Her return to the spotlight via Twitter falls in line with her desire to venture back into acting after an eight-year hiatus. The former child star's lawyer told Page Six that she "looks forward to completing fashion school and dipping her toe back into acting. She has had several offers but is waiting for the right one to come along for a comeback." She's currently enrolled at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) in Los Angeles.

In an interview with Diana Madison on the Lowdown last June, Bynes revealed that she's been three years sober following a tumultuous time in her life which included battles with mental health issues as well as substance abuse problems. Occasionally, her erratic behavior spilled out into social media where she once infamously tweeted out a suggestive message directed at Drake. While Bynes has since admitted that there was some truth in her, um, request, she also confesses that, "I was, like, on drugs and trying to be hilarious."
