As they navigate their divorce, Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman will have a lot of assets to sort out.

She is an Academy Award-winning actress, and he is a music superstar.

What is their net worth for 2025? Although estimates vary, the New Zealand Herald contended that Kidman is wealthier than Urban.

The estranged couple has a reported combined net worth of almost $500 million, the New Zealand Herald noted, putting Kidman's net worth at about $375 million and Urban's at about $114 million. Urban was born in New Zealand and raised in Australia.

According to the Herald, Kidman and Urban have a "sprawling property portfolio," with at least 11 homes throughout the world. Estimates for their net worth vary, though, with some sites putting Urban's net worth slightly lower, but all agree he is a very wealthy man.

Page Six reported that the couple's global property portfolio is worth an estimated $36 million.

Kidman has made Forbes' lists of the highest-paid actors. In 2024, Forbes reported that Kidman grossed $41 million.

According to the Independent, Kidman "reportedly earned $1 million per episode for HBO’s six-episode miniseries, 'The Undoing.'"

Kidman filed for divorce on September 30, according to People.

People reported that it's unclear whether they have a prenuptial agreement, despite some reports to the contrary.

The couple's homes include a penthouse in Sydney, Australia, and a mansion in Beverly Hills, California, according to News.com.au.

When they married in 2006, they purchased a "36-acre farm in Franklin, Tennessee," that site reported.

Architectural Digest gave some details of the couple's Tennessee mansion.

That site described it as a "$3.47 million mansion situated in the ritzy gated community of Northumberland. The two-acre spread, known as the Queen of Northumberland, features a 10,925-square-foot main house with seven bedrooms and eight full and two half bathrooms."

Continued Architectural Digest: "There is a home theater, a 30-foot-long hobby room, and massive common areas ideal for hosting. The landscaped grounds also offer amenities such as a large swimming pool and tennis courts. The couple considers this to be their primary home and still owns it."
