Broadway and Hallmark actor Corey Cott is grabbing the attention of fans in the new movie The Snow Must Go On.

He plays Isaiah in a romance set in upstate New York. But is Cott married in real life? Yes, he has been married to his wife, Meghan Woollard, since 2012, and they have three kids.

According to Cott, he met his future wife at Carnegie Mellon University School of Drama.

"l was 22, she was 24," he said on an episode of Live With Kelly and Mark.

"I loved drama school," Cott revealed. "...Carnegie Mellon particularly is a storied program with a wonderful 100 years of alumni.... all these legends." Actors Ted Danson and Holly Hunter also went to the school.

Cott said he "met his wife in Pittsburgh while I was in school, yes. Funny enough, we got engaged when I was in school... I knew."

On their last day of school at Carnegie Mellon, he "decided it would be a great way to get engaged by singing a song to her on our last day of school at drama school."

He sang a Josh Groban song in front of his parents and classmates. Cott told the hosts that, on the last day of drama school, "we all sing for each other" in front of hundreds of people. He decided to "propose to her in front of all of them, and thankfully she said yes."

They have "three boys" now, he revealed.

Corey Cott "has spent much of the last decade building a versatile career as an actor and singer on stage and screen," his Hallmark bio says. "Immediately after graduation from Carnegie Mellon School of Drama, Cott made his Broadway debut starring as Jack Kelly for two years in Disney’s Newsies, which was immediately followed by Gaston Lachaille opposite Vanessa Hudgens and Victoria Clark in the Broadway revival of Gigi."

He then received "critical acclaim for his performance as Donny Novitski in the Tony Award-winning musical Bandstand, which was filmed live and can be streamed on demand," the bio says.

Cott sometimes posts about his wife and kids on Instagram.

He has starred in many well-known television shows. They include the FOX series Filthy Rich and Hallmark's Butlers in Love, along with shows like The Equalizer, Law & Order, Chicago Med, and Z: The Beginning of Everything on Amazon Prime.

He is from Chagrin Falls, Ohio.
