Ray J says that his infamous 2006 sex tape with Kim Kardashian was released with the influencer's consent and with Kris Jenner as the mastermind behind the leak.

The R&B singer and reality television star has been at legal odds with the mother-daughter duo, and according to TMZ, Ray J has filed his own lawsuit in which he says Jenner oversaw the release of the NSFW tape.

In documents obtained by the outlet, Ray J asserted that he and the SKIMS founder filmed the tape in 2003, three years before its release. The vocalist alleged Kardashian wanted her mother to orchestrate the release and its commercial exploitation.

On former E! reality show Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the entrepreneur and socialite claimed the tape circulated without her consent.

In the lawsuit, Ray J's lawyer Howard King wrote that Kardashian and Jenner "spent two decades peddling the false story that the sex tape ... was leaked against her will." Ray added that he is "furious" and "no longer wants to play along with their tall tale."

Additionally, the "Sexy Can I" artist alleged that Kardashian's ex-husband Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, also ridiculed him, joining Kardashian and Jenner in claiming that Ray J sexually assaulted Kardashian before threatening revenge porn and extortion.

Kardashian, Jenner, and a production team allegedly entered a deal with Ray J, agreeing to pay $6 million, which also included an accordance that the sex tape wouldn't be referenced on the family reality show. The artist claims that the Kardashian-Jenners did not hold up their end of the deal.

Last month, Kardashian and Jenner filed a defamation lawsuit against Ray J after he stated on Tubi documentary United States vs. Sean Combs that the influencer family should be charged with racketeering.

In September, during a livestream with Chrisean Rock, Ray J also claimed that the family was under a federal investigation similar to Diddy.

Kardashian and Jenner disputed Ray J's remarks as "blatantly false" and claimed that its led to "substantial and ongoing harm to their personal and professional reputation." Ray J is now seeking $1 million in damages.
