John Cena quickly shut down a TikToker who randomly attempted to serenade him in public.
On Wednesday (March 25), popular TikTok creator Harry Daniels posted a clip of himself walking up to the retired professional wrestler and actor at a café and singing the chorus of 2020 Taylor Swift song "Invisible String.” Cena, who was on his phone, briefly looked up at Daniels before getting out of his seat to give him a calm but firm introduction.
"How are you doing? Nice to meet you, I'm John. Would you like to sing now?" the entertainer asked, to which Daniels confirmed that he wanted to continue singing.
“For what purpose?” Cena asked.
“…Because I sing to everyone,” Daniels nervously said.
"Well, I'm not buying what you're selling. Thanks, though,” Cena continued, to which Daniels thanked him and walked away.
“Ok this ones on me cuz i had no decorum my bad sorry john cena,” Daniels captioned the post.
In the comments, Cena fans poked fun at the moment, with one person suggesting that the Argyle star had “cena nough of your singing.”
“This is the first time I’ve seen John Cena get pissed 💀” commented another person.
Daniels, who has 2.2 million followers on the app, is known for his vocals and has since gone viral for his encounter with Cena, receiving 3.9 million views and over 404,000 likes.
Another popular clip of Cena went viral this week, showing him hugging a man battling cancer and who would soon receive surgery for a brain tumor.
“You were the one who made me fight,” the man said at Megacon Orlando earlier this month. “I wanted to know if I could hug you or see you.”
In the emotional moment, Cena rushed from the stage to embrace the man, seen below.
