After agreeing to co-parenting therapy for the sake of their 10-year-old son Maceo, Halle Berry claims that her ex-husband, French actor Olivier Martinez, is blowing off their sessions.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Berry and Martinez were in one accord over co-parenting therapy, which was scheduled to resolve their conflicts in raising Maceo. But the Oscar winner has accused Martinez of delaying their sessions until September and not giving her or their therapist a heads-up that he planned to take the "summer off."

Among Martinez's alleged vacation plans were traveling to France last month, along with wanting to skip August therapy sessions to spend time with his brother. But Berry is looking to adhere to their schedule, as sessions can be conducted via Zoom. The actress also claims that the original deadline for the six sessions to be completed was on June 14.

Berry and Martinez were married from 2013 to 2016 and finalized their divorce last year, with the latter receiving $8,000 in monthly child support. Berry, who is now in a relationship with soul musician Van Hunt, also has a 16-year-old daughter, Nahla, with her ex-partner Gabriel Aubry. According to People, Hunt was allowed to join the therapy sessions for Berry and Martinez to "resolve disputes and conflicts between them in an effort to successfully co-parent."
