Channing Tatum took to Instagram to share a message about “letting go” in the days following the news that his ex-fiancée Zoë Kravitz became engaged to Harry Styles.
As Page Six reports, Tatum, who starred in Kravitz’s 2024 directorial debut Blink Twice, shared an Instagram video by account @liveloveandlegacy about “letting go and trusting in the flow of the universe.” The clip showed a sea lion flowing along the water without fighting against the current.
Just last week, Tatum shared a poem on Instagram by writer and comic John Roedel that read, "My brain and heart divorced a decade ago over who was to blame about how big of a mess I have become. Eventually, they couldn't be in the same room together."
Tatum and Kravitz got engaged in October 2023 before splitting the following year after being together for three years. Tatum was previously married to his Step Up co-star Jenna Dewan from 2009 to 2019, and the ex-spouses share a 12-year-old daughter, Everly Tatum.
Years before her engagement with Styles, Kravtiz was married to The Running Man actor Karl Glusman from 2019 to 2021. The actress’ engagement to Styles was revealed last month, although Kravitz attended the 2026 Met Gala solo on Monday night (May 4). The couple had been dating for 8 months before taking the next step in their relationship.
