Adan Banuelos reportedly got arrested this weekend, just days after his breakup with model and actress Bella Hadid.

According to TMZ, and jail records confirmed by Complex, the professional cowboy was arrested in Texas early Saturday morning (January 31) for public intoxication. The 36-year-old has since been released from Parker County Jail after a $386 bond was posted.

This month, Banuelos and Hadid reportedly broke up after two years of dating, according to Entertainment Tonight. The former couple met at a 2023 horse show in Fort Worth, Texas. Despite celebrating their two-year anniversary last October, it was reported that the exes had an on-again, off-again relationship , which was reported as being “tumultuous.” The couple’s problems were also said to have worsened after their purchase of million-dollar horses.

A source told Entertainment Tonight that Hadid is “doing her best to stay positive and distract herself” by receiving support from friends and focusing on her career. It was also reported that the model spent the holidays in Aspen without her then-boyfriend and that their relationship had reached its end by December 2025.

In a British Vogue profile from last May, Hadid recalled Banuelos being a “gust of fresh air” when they met. “He’s the youngest Mexican cowboy to ever be inducted into the Hall of Fame. He works for his family, he works for his customers and he works to hopefully build a home and a family one day.”
