Allison Holker, the widow of Stephen 'tWitch' Boss, continues to fight allegations that she is exploiting his death.

Just over two years after the former Ellen DJ died by suicide, Holker, who was married to Boss from 2013 to 2022, revealed to People that she will be releasing a memoir titled This Far. In Holker's cover story, where she details her book (which releases on Feburary 4), the mother of three claimed that she found a "cornucopia" of drugs that Boss left behind, including mushrooms and pills. He was 40 years old.

"It was a really triggering moment for me because there were a lot of things I discovered in our closet that I did not know existed," Holker said about Boss' alleged drug addiction.

Elsewhere in the story, Holker claimed that her late husband chose to "self-medicate and cope" with his depression "because he didn't want to put it on anyone because he loved everyone so much."

In an accompanying social media clip for People, Holker explained that she wanted to emotionally support their children, family, friends and fans, although she hadn't taken much time for herself.

Questioning Holker's sentiment on Instagram was Kelly Gibson, a fitness instructor and former Ellen guest. "The whole thing makes me sad," Gibson began. "He's gone. Why tear apart his name? I was fully supportive about you moving on and being happy but this paycheck was not worth disgracing his name."

Holker responded to Gibson, writing, "I'll always love you. Just trying to help people feel safe to ask for help and support."

On X, formerly Twitter, Holker was accused by Boss' cousin, Darielle, of asking Boss' family to sign NDAs to attend his funeral.

"She’s been trying to tarnish his legacy and refuses to let the Boss family see the children. Only to exploit and LIE on my cousin. Hell no," she wrote.

Holker and Boss raised three children together: Weslie Fowler, 16 (who Holker had from a previous relationship), along with Maddox, 8, and Zaia, 5. Holker reportedly began dating tech CEO Adam Edmunds last year.
