Gabby Windey appeared on First We Feast where she had the choice between answering a spicy question or eating a spicy wing. When she was asked about the craziest interaction she had with a fellow reality TV cast member, she called out one of the women from The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.
“You bet your ass I will [name names] because I’m not eating that other chicken,” Windey said. “Heather Gay from Real Housewives of Salt Lake City did say that she would f*** my wife.”
Windey went on to say, “I don’t know if she remembers, but I do. We are very monogamous, Heather. And she only has eyes for me.”
Windey appeared as a contestant on The Bachelor in 2022, then was the co-lead of The Bachelorette shortly after. In 2023, she first revealed she was dating a woman. “It’s hard to get it out all right now but I know everyone’s been really curious about who I’m dating,” she said. “You know I love to stir the pot and tease, but I did want to wait until I was ready, because it is a larger conversation—because I’m dating a girl.”
That girl was Robby Hoffman, a popular comedian who was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series for her role on Hacks. The pair got married in 2025.
On their first wedding anniversary, Windey posted photos on her Instagram, including a note that she received. It said, "Gabby, my wife, my life! This has been the best year of my life!!! Also the fastest. I know it's because we're having the best time but sometimes makes me sad as I just want it to last forever. My greatest luxury in this life is time with you—and it’s never enough! It’s only been one year and already I need at least 50 more!!"
