When Nintendo launched the Wii U, it also introduced the world to the Miiverse. Nintendo's social media platform was meant to allow users to be able to communicate directly with one another via messaging and image sharing on the Wii U and the 3DS.
Allowing anyone to use a service to transmit images will inevitably lead to the dissemination of dick-pics. This is Internet science. TheMiiverse has allowed lots of people from around the world to turn the proprietary platform into the worst parts of Myspace and Craigslist.
