Amy Schumer Has the Best Comebacks in This Uncomfortable Interview

Amy Schumer combats sexist questions from an oblivious reporter in this interview.

Amy Schumer sat down to chat about her new movie Trainwreck with Australian radio host duo Jane Hall and Matt Tilley. In the interview, Hall says to Schumer, "Best legs I've seen on in a movie in a long time. What pins!" Schumer thanks her and gives credit to her costume designer who had the idea, Schumer says, to make everything she wore just a little too short. "Do you have the word 'skanky' in America?" Tilley chimes in.

Schumer answers, "We do have that word."

"Maybe we shouldn't have used it," Hall says.

"What made you think about your mom?" Schumer comes back. "Why did she pop into your mind?"

The interview itself is a trainwreck, and it just gets worse from there. When Tilley talks about an incident that happened in their office and says, "It reminded us what happens in your movie, in Trainwreck, where being with a guy eclipses everything else," the looks on Schumer and Hall's perturbed faces say it all.

"I just think you're wrong," says Schumer.

"The reason you're a trainwreck is because drinking and cheap sex is pretty much what drives you until you realize the important things in life," says Tilley. "Isn't that a fair estimation?"

"No," says Schumer. "I think the point is that she realizes she's hurting herself and the people around her."

At the end of the interview, Hall jokes that next time they interview her, she'll come by herself. "I love that idea," says Schumer.

Watch this poor interviewer crash and burn above.
