The Wu continues to etch themselves into history. On Tuesday, Hulu released the official trailer for their upcoming Wu-Tang Clan biographical drama, Wu-Tang: An American Saga.
It was first announced that the streaming company would be putting together a 10-part biopic mini-series based on the Staten Island staple last October. RZA partnered with Watchmen and Superfly screenwriter Alex Tse to write and produce the series inspired by RZA's books, The Wu-Tang Manual and Tao Of Wu. RZA and Method Man will co-produce the series, which premieres Sept. 4.
Dave East and Joey Badass are set to play Method Man and Inspectah Deck, respectively. Ashton Sanders will play RZA, while Siddiq Saunderson is Ghostface Killah.
