'Mighty Morphin Power Rangers' Character Actor Robert Axelrod Dead at 70

Robert Axelrod has passed away on Saturday.

On Sunday, Axelrod's agent released a statement via the actor's Twitter announcing that Axelrod died at the age of 70.

Axelrod is best known for his work as a voice actor. It was his work as the voices of Wizardmon for Digimon and Lord Zedd and Finster from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers that helped make him a cultural staple. Losing such a pivotal piece of their childhood drove fans to Twitter where they eulogized Axelrod.
