Amber Rose aired her first episode of The Amber Rose Show on Friday night (July 8). If you missed the premiere, here’s a quick recap of what went down.
Rose started the show by telling everyone watching and in attendance that they'll have the opportunity to get to know the real her. Shortly after, she gives us a quick synopsis of what to expect from her talk show. “We are gonna touch on what’s going on in the world, and of course, because it is me, we are going to talk about sex,” she says. “From regular to extra kinky, if you like sex, then this is the show for you. If you don’t like sex, then give me a half an hour to change your mind.”
Rose won’t be hosting her show alone. She’ll be joined by her squad, which consists of Joseph (her personal assistant), Brian (her security), and Branden (her homie), who all make her fast-paced lifestyle a bit easier to manage. This episode, she had her good friend French Montana on as a special guest, where they talked about their alleged dating rumors, his upcoming album Mac & Cheese 4, and more. He promised to donate a percentage of his pre-orders to Rose’s SlutWalk, a feminist movement that has been gaining steam since it kicked off in Toronto four years ago.
The show also has plenty of fun twists and turns like when Rose tried to set up French on a date with random women in Times Square. She held a contest and it was hilarious. Be sure to watch until the end to find out about her side hustle as a lifeguard as well.
