OnlyFans star Madi Ruve spent more than $63,000 buying out toy aisles at four Walmart locations across Southern California as part of her “Not All Heroes Wear Clothes” holiday campaign.

The donations will go to children in underserved communities ahead of the holiday season.

Ruve, 22, known online for her viral OnlyFans videos, launched the campaign to give back using proceeds from her adult content platform.

She said the idea came after she saw criticism online claiming she didn’t contribute anything meaningful to society.

“If people want to say I’m a bad role model, fine,” she told The Blast. “But at the end of the day, I bought out four entire toy sections for kids who would have had nothing. That matters.”

Ruve and her team visited Walmart locations in Compton, Panorama City, Long Beach, and Van Nuys.

At each store, they filled carts with dolls, board games, puzzles, LEGO sets, remote control cars, arts and crafts kits, and more.

“We didn’t cherry-pick. We cleared everything,” she said. “Every toy shelf, every item for kids ages 2 to 12, gone. In a good way.”

One store manager confirmed to The Blast that each haul totaled between $14,000 and $17,000. Some locations briefly closed their toy sections to restock.

“It was surreal watching her walk in and just start piling up toys, she probably filled 10 carts” said one worker at the Compton location. “Most people don’t do that. Not at this scale.”

Ruve said she partnered with several local nonprofits to distribute the toys, including shelters, foster programs, and churches.

“This isn’t a stunt,” she said. “It’s about kids waking up to something they didn’t expect. It’s about joy.”

Ruve’s philanthropic effort comes a year after she went viral for an altercation at a gym, where a man confronted her while she was filming a workout.

Critics accused her of using the moment for attention.

She pushed back at the time, saying she had a right to exercise without being harassed, regardless of her profession.

“People love to judge,” she said. “But I’m using what I earn to help people. You don’t have to like how I make my money, but don’t ignore what I’m doing with it.”

She said she hopes the gesture encourages others, in or out of the adult industry, to give back.

“If I can turn adult content into something that helps thousands of kids, I don’t see the downside.”
