McKinley Richardson is opening up about her past relationship with Jack Doherty in a podcast with Camilla Araujo.

In an emotional interview posted to Araujo’s YouTube on Tuesday, Richardson detailed how her connection with Doherty began with what felt like genuine affection and protection but gradually shifted into allegedly emotionally charged behavior.

"He was amazing, and I want people to know that he was so different in the beginning," Richardson alleged. "But it was a lot different behind closed doors."

Richardson said the two first met through mutual friends in Los Angeles while she was working as a model and building her social media presence.

Initially drawn in by the supportive environment and fast-paced lifestyle, Richardson said she began to develop feelings for Doherty during a group trip to Miami, where they spent time on yachts and at nightclubs.

"He told me, ‘You’re the most beautiful girl I’ve ever seen,’" she explained. "He said, ‘I know you’re my wife because my wife would never do OnlyFans.’"

But as the drinking and late nights continued, Richardson said she began to feel isolated.

"He was very quiet and to himself," she recalled. "People kept telling me he liked me, but he would only talk to me when we were drunk."

Reflecting on their time together, Richardson said that while the relationship had challenges, it didn’t start that way. "He wasn’t always toxic," she said. "He protected me, and I felt safe — at least in the beginning.”

The interview, which has quickly gained attention online, ends with Richardson encouraging other young women to be cautious and trust their instincts.

"Don’t ignore the signs," she said. "No matter how good it looks on the outside, you never really know what’s happening behind closed doors."

"There will be no monetization off of this podcast," Araujo said during the opening. "There will be no AdSense. I do not want to make a dime off of McKinley’s story. It is not my story to tell."
