Gwen Stefani and her husband, country music star Blake Shelton, have been battling split rumors for years. It seems as though the couple is faced with divorce reports every few months, especially if they don't post on social media together for an extended period of time.
On Tuesday, Dec. 2, Stefani attended the premiere of Oh. What. Fun. in New York City without her husband by her side. However, the No Doubt singer was able to shut down the breakup chatter with one small detail: Her wedding ring.
Stefani stunned in a black corseted gown with a billowing green tulle overlay. She accessorized with plenty of jewelry, including a necklace, some bracelets, and several rings. Among those rings was her diamond engagement ring and her wedding band.
The Voice coach also appeared to be wearing another ring that has sentimental meaning. On Valentine's Day 2024, Shelton gifted Stefani an emerald ring with a diamond halo. The gorgeous ring seemed like the perfect accent to Stefani's red carpet dress.
"I got my Valentine’s present early this year," Stefani said on Jimmy Kimmel Live in February 2024. "He really mixed it up. Usually I get amazing flowers, but this year he was like, ‘Here you go,'" she explained, showing off the bauble. The ring features an oval emerald center stone with diamonds around it, acting as petals to make what appears to be a flower design.
When host Jimmy Kimmel asked Stefani if Shelton got design help from her pals, she replied, "He did the whole thing! I love you Blakey."
Days before Stefani's solo New York City outing, she posted a photo of her and Shelton on her Instagram Stories. The snap didn't require a caption as it showed Shelton planting a sweet smooch on his wife's cheek — a clear indication that the two are still very much together.
