Patton Oswalt has been dominating the Twitter game for a long time, constantly trolling followers and always hilarious. But, apparently, it’s not all fun and games on the World Wide Web.
Oswalt is suffering some burnout, and needs a break. While most people would simply tweet out something like “taking the summer off from Twitter,” Oswalt is no ordinary social media maven.
Instead, he posted this epic explanation on his Facebook page. After reading it, it’s kind of hard to argue with his logic, even if it is a bit dramatic:
So there you have it, a summer with no Patton Oswalt Twitter. So what do we do now? Go play outside or something?
