While dignifying outlandish rumors that Scott Disick has decided to take up with de facto half-sister-in-law Kendall Jenner is wholly unnecessary, it’s good to know that the Kardashian family at least has a sense of humor about all of it. Khloe Kardashian took to Twitter yesterday to express her mock outrage at the rumors, but not for the reason you’d think:
