One New Yorkpolice officer's long holiday weekend ended wildly with an arrest on Monday after he was not only found drunk but also pantless outside a school. It could've been worse, like showing up drunk to accept an award from Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
Police sources told the New York Post Manhattan transit police officer of over nine years Officer Wayne Roach was found sitting with no pants on, penis hanging out—creating a potentially traumatic event for any school children that saw him—in his car parked outside P.S. 134 in the Bronx around 10:30 a.m. Officer Roach was found by a safety agent who then contacted police. Roach's keys were reportedly in the ignition when police arrested him.
Roach has been charged with DWI and public lewdness.
