Amber Heard has filed a court order to get Johnny Depp to pay the $6.8 million he owes her for a divorce settlement, reported the Daily Mail after obtaining court documents. Depp is reportedly refusing to pay the settlement because he's angry that Heard has publicly spoken about her experience with domestic violence, including in a domestic violence PSA last month. Depp reportedly sees this as a breach of the confidentiality clause in their settlement.

Heard’s lawyers filed the 'Request for Order' documents in Los Angeles Superior Court Tuesday, asking a judge to enforce the terms of the settlement. The filing says, “...despite months of efforts and repeated breaches by Respondent (Depp), the parties have been unable to reach agreement on a stipulated form of judgment.” The Mail obtained legal documents signed by Heard's lawyers Pierce O'Donnell and Bernard M. Resse that confirmed the breach of confidentiality allegations. According to the documents, Depp missed 'equalization payments' for August and November. After Heard publicly announced she would donate the settlement money to the American Civil Liberties Union and Children's Hospital Los Angeles, Depp failed to pay Heard and made $100,000 payments to the charities directly.

Heard appeared in a domestic violence PSA last month and wrote a letter in Porter magazine where she also discussed domestic violence, though she didn’t name Depp in either instance.

Heard filed for divorce in May, with the domestic abuse allegations revealed immediately after. She accused Depp of being physically and verbally abusive.
