In a recent appearance on a stream with Chrisean Rock, Ray J made wild accusations that he's allegedly working with authorities to build a RICO case against Kim Kardashian and her mother, Kris Jenner.

"The federal RICO I'm about to drop on Kris and Kim is about to be crazy," Ray J said, as seen in the clip below. "I'm talking about, I'm on the news every day. I'mma say a lot of shit. Anybody that is cool with Kim, they need to tell her now, the feds is coming. There's nothing I can do about it, it's worse than Diddy." As we reported on September 24, there is no evidence to support Ray J’s claims.

In a statement from counsel for the Kardashian family, attorneys for Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner asserted the following in response to such remarks: “We state unequivocally that no such federal investigation exists, no law enforcement agency has initiated any criminal proceedings or investigations related to racketeering charges against our clients, and no credible evidence whatsoever supports these inflammatory allegations” and asked for a retraction to be made.

Our prior reporting was limited to accurately stating that such remarks were made by Ray J on a livestream. COMPLEX did not then and do not now assert the truth of those remarks, and at all times has maintained we are aware of no evidence supporting them.

Though reported accurately as statements being made by Ray J on such podcast, we hereby affirm that COMPLEX does not endorse or adopt the wild statements made by Ray J as fact.
