Donald Trump slammed Jimmy Kimmel and ABC News on Truth Social after Kimmel brought up the Epstein files on his show.

The president took to Truth Social early Thursday morning to slam Kimmel and ABC.

“Why does ABC Fake News keep Jimmy Kimmel, a man with NO TALENT and VERY POOR TELEVISION RATINGS, on the air? Why do the TV Syndicates put up with it? Also, totally biased coverage. Get the bum off the air!!!”

During Wednesday’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the titular host opened his monologue with a bit about the Epstein files, after Trump signed off on releasing them earlier that day.

“We are now one step closer to answering the question: What did the president know, and how old were these women when he knew it?” Kimmel said.

He then joked about the Republican Party’s loyalty to Trump. “They don’t know what is in those files. They are taking his word for it. They are taking the word of someone who paid a porn star $130,000 and claims he didn’t do anything with her.”

Earlier this week, Trump made headlines when a reporter, a woman who works for Bloomberg, referenced the fact that his administration has been fighting the release of the Epstein files and asked, “Why, if there's nothing incriminating in the files, he's acting like there is?” Trump responded by wagging his finger in the reporter’s face and saying, “Quiet piggy.”

Kimmel and Trump have been sparring for months. In late September, ABC indefinitely suspended Kimmel’s show when comments he made about Charlie Kirk’s death ignited Trump’s ire. That’s when FCC chairman Brendan Carr suggested that ABC and its affiliates take action against Kimmel. ABC ultimately reinstated Kimmel when his suspension proved to be extremely controversial.

Upon his return, Kimmel joked that Trump “might have to release the Epstein files to distract us from this” after his efforts to “cancel” him “backfired bigly.”
