Though Selena Gomez has been manifesting a love life, she’s wondering why she’s still single.
The singer shared a TikTok on Thursday using a filter that asked, “Why am I single?” As the filter zoomed through the many reasons, which included “you are holding on to the past” and “you never go outside,” it landed on "you have bad taste.”
Gomez looked surprised and could be seen talking to someone off-camera.
“Well that's rude tik tok,” she captioned the clip.
In June, the 30-year-old doubled down on her singleness in a TikTok that showed her and her friends watching a soccer game from the sidelines. "I'm single!” she screamed at the athletes. “I'm just a little high maintenance. But I'll love you soooo much!"
In late January, there were rumors that Selena Gomez was seeing the Chainsmokers' Drew Taggart after they were seen holding hands on a date in NYC. She later confirmed in a since-deleted Instagram post that she was single. She’s previously dated The Weeknd and Justin Bieber, the latter leading to a purported online feud with Bieber’s now-wife, Hailey Baldwin.
In March, another viral TikTok saw Gomez mouthing along an audio clip that said, “I hate it when girls are like, ‘Oh my gosh, my crush doesn’t even know that I exist.’ Girl, my crush doesn’t even exist!” She captioned the TikTok, “Still out here lookin for him lol.”
