Reginae Carter clapped back at those hating on Lil Wayne’s "SNL 50" performance.

After Wayne performed a medley of his hit songs during Sunday's show, with The Roots acting as his backing band, some people used his performance as an example of why he wasn't selected to play the Super Bowl, per TMZ. Wayne's set included smash hits “Uproar,” 2011’s “6 Foot 7 Foot,” and 2008’s “Lollipop,” “Mrs. Officer,” and “A Milli.”

When Reginae caught wind of the comments, she defended her dad in The Shade Room’s Instagram comment section. She also very clearly pointed out that her father was well-paid for his time, while Super Bowl performers don’t get any money to play.

“Y’all are some d riders!” she wrote. “My dad been having fun performing for years! He is truly himself when he hit the stage. Go play with y’all mf kids .. he collected a check after this .. what y’all get for hating? Not a damn thing!”

Many felt like Wayne was snubbed for the Super Bowl gig, largely because the game happened in his New Orleans hometown. Though he openly expressed his disappointment in not being chosen—saying in an Instagram video that being passed over “hurt a whole lot”—he was still a good sport about it. He later revealed he spoke to Dot and “wished him all the best and told him he better kill it.”

The situation didn’t keep Tunechi down for long. Earlier this month, he announced that his highly-anticipated Tha Carter VI album will finally arrive on June 6.
