Nicholas Braun has reportedly been arrested for a DUI.

TMZ reports that the incident happened in Moultonborough, New Hampshire on Saturday, when police pulled over the Succession star. He remained in jail for around an hour before he was released on his own recognizance—meaning he was freed from custody without having to post bail, based on the promise to appear in court.

According to the outlet, there’s also no mugshot because the police camera “wasn’t working.”

Braun is famously known for playing Cousin Greg on Succession. In addition to HBO’s cult favorite, the 37-year-old has also appeared in Zola, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, and Sky High.
