Mike Epps tried to break up a fight during his comedy show.
Over the weekend, the actor and comedian performed at the MGM National Harbor in Maryland when a fight broke out during his set.
“Hey! Nobody is fucking getting kicked out. What y’all doing? Where you going? No, that ain’t how you work shit out. No, no fuck that, man,” a clip shows him yelling at the crowd as people argue.
In response to audience members who explained what happened, he said, “She did what? She been talking shit? Okay, get your fat ass out then.” His answer prompted the crowd to cheer.
“We’re here to have a good time and enjoy ourselves. Life is too short for that bullshit," Epps added. According to the video’s caption, “He tried to finish the show, but the audience members continued to yell at one another.”
When he noticed, he repeatedly said, “Oh god.” He then joked, “You know what’s sad about it, it’s not part of the show.” The video’s captions revealed that Epps was “able to finish” his set a few minutes later.
The 54-year-old is currently on his We Them Ones Tour 2025, which includes appearances from Lil Duval, DeWayne Colley, Karlous Miller, and HaHa Davis, among others.
