UPDATED 1/9, 8:00 p.m. ET: Lisa Bonet and Jason Momoa’s divorce has been officially settled just a day after it was filed.
According to TMZ, the former couple have seemingly worked out the details of their split before taking it to court. Per court documents reviewed by the outlet, everything from the custody of their two children to child support and spousal support had been handled privately.
Bonet, 56, and Momoa, 44, will reportedly share joint and physical custody of their children, Lola, 16, and Nakoa-Wolf, 15. The parents will also share living expenses for their children without any formal child support payments, per TMZ.
Per their settlement agreement, the Aquaman and High Fidelity actors will waive the rights to receive spousal support. Interestingly, the outlet also mentions that neither party will be legally deemed single until July of this year.

Lisa Bonet has filed for a divorce from Jason Momoa.
TMZ reports that the actress has asked for a dissolution of marriage. Bonet is seeking physical and legal custody of their two kids, Lola and Nakoa-Wolf. Neither Bonet nor Momoa are asking for spousal support.
It seems that they signed a prenup before getting married in 2017. Paperwork shows that their respective property and assets are “agreed between the parties.”
The former couple announced that they separated back in January of 2022.
“We have all felt the squeeze and changes of these transformational times… A revolution is unfolding ~and our family is of no exception,” a statement from the couple announcing the decision read. “Feeling and growing from the seismic shifts occurring. And so~ We share our Family news~ That we are parting ways in marriage.”
However, according to her paperwork, Bonet listed their date of separation as October 2020, long before they made it public. They were married for three years, after dating since 2005. They welcomed their first child together, Lola in 2007, and had Nakoa-Wolf a year later.
This was Bonet’s second marriage after Lenny Kravitz, with whom she had actress Zoë Kravitz. This was Momoa’s first marriage.
