Kendall Jenner is dispelling several rumors, including those about her getting plastic surgery.
“When a person on the internet wants to believe something, there's no convincing them otherwise. I'm not going to sit here and convince anyone that I haven't had [work done]—there's a whole world on the internet that thinks I've had full facial reconstruction,” she said on the In Your Dreams podcast at around the 24:05 minute mark.
She then debunked the speculation. “I've never had any plastic surgery on my face. I've never had any work done,” including a widely-rumored nose job.
While she did concede to getting two rounds of “baby Botox” on her forehead, she said she “didn’t love it.” On the other hand, she does "love" skin rejuvenating treatments like microneedling and Platelet-Rich Plasma.
She offered an explanation for why her nose has become slimmer over the years, saying it might be due to her using Accutane a few years ago. According to Self, the acne treatment doesn't actually change the structure of one’s nose; instead, it impacts the sebaceous glands, making the nose look “less congested.”
Jenner also commented on the rise of content made by surgeons that explains celebrities’ alleged enhancements, calling it “damaging” for young people who then might feel compelled to alter their appearances.
“I’m only human,” Kendall said, remarking on her own insecurities. “I want to give myself grace every day for the things that might bother me. But I also think as I get older, the less of a fuck I give.”
Elsewhere in the conversation, the 30-year-old addressed internet rumors that she's a lesbian. She explained that though she doesn’t identify as gay, she wouldn’t hide it if she were.
"Knowing myself, I think at this point in my life I'd be out if I [were gay]," she said. "I'm just saying that knowing me and knowing how I would want to live my life, I would be. I'd have no problem being that."
