Internet Reacts to George Lopez Long Hair: 'Looks Like Einstein Discovered 4Loko'

Some users were also reminded of an anti-Black joke the comedian made years ago.

George Lopez’s new look surprised the internet.

The actor and comedian made an appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show, sporting a chin-length gray hair à la Albert Einstein, as well as a mustache and beard. The show shared a clip of Lopez dancing in the Spirit Tunnel, as the show staff sang and welcomed him prior to his interview.

X users were quick to crack jokes, with some making the Einstein comparison themselves.

Other users were reminded of an incident from years ago. In 2017, Lopez went viral for kicking a woman out of his comedy show when she flipped him the middle finger after he told an anti-Black joke.

"There’s still two rules in the fucking Latino family," Lopez said at the time. "Don’t marry somebody black, and don’t park in front of our house."

Lopez sat down with Jennifer Hudson to promote his next—and perhaps final—comedy special, George Lopez: Muy Catolico (Very Catholic), which is slated to debut on Amazon Prime Video on Feb. 18. Season 3 of his sitcom, Lopez vs. Lopez airs Fridays at 8:30 p.m. ET on NBC.
