Stan Lee is taking legal action against an alleged bad guy. According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the legendary Marvel figure has filed a lawsuit against his former business associate Jerado “Jerry” Olivarez.

The suit, which was filed by attorney Jonathan Freund this week, accuses Olivarez of using a fraudulent check to steal $300,000 from Stan in addition to purchasing an $850,000 condo in the 95-year-old’s name without authorization.

The suit also alleges Olivarez had recruited a nurse to withdraw Stan’s blood so it could be sold as a collector’s item. The stolen blood was reportedly used to stamp Stan’s signature on Marvel comics that were later sold at the Las Vegas Marvel Avengers S.T.A.T.I.O.N.

Olivarez is also accused brokering “disastrous” business deals for Stan, resulting in million-dollar lawsuits.

News of the lawsuit arrives just several days after the comic creator addressed shocking abuse claims involving his only daughter, Joan Celia “J.C.” Lee. Stan allegedly signed a document in which Joan and his friend Keya Morgan were accused of trying to “gain control over [his] assets, property and money.” Olivarez and Joan’s attorney Kirk Schenck were also named in the document.

“I want to say it as definitely as I can: My relationship with my lovely daughter J.C. is wonderful,” Stan said in a newly released video. “My relationship with my good friend Keya Morgan is great, we’re best friends. In fact, he's taping this for me right now. There is nothing bad I can say about my daughter or Keya […] Everything in my life is going the way I want it to. My friends are my friends, my daughter is my daughter, and I’m beginning to learn who my enemies are. And hat’s really all I can say now [...] Everything I’ve said up until this moment is God’s truth.”
