New York Mets weren’t too pleased with Emma Stone.

As pointed out by TMZ, the Oscar-winning actress was spotted at Queens’ Citi Field on Friday for Game 1 of the Wild Card series between the the Mets and the San Diego Padres. Stone attended the event with her husband, Dave McCary, who is a San Diego native and well-known Padres fan.

At one point during the game, the famous couple were shown on the jumbotron, rocking San Diego caps and bombers. The crowd, of course, wasn’t feeling the Stones’ Padre pride and began showering her with boos. Thankfully, the actress didn’t seemed to bothered and took the negative reaction in stride.

Video from the incident shows Stone looking at the jumbotron camera, smiling ear to ear before raising her beer in a toast. Sources tell TMZ she and McCary were also seen “dancing in the front row” during the opening, which makes sense as San Diego demolished New York 7-1.

Padres CEO Erik Greupner caught wind of the video and applauded Stone’s reaction.

“Style, grace and good taste …,” he tweeted. “Emma is always welcome @PetcoPark.”

The Mets and Padres will face off in Game 2 at 7:30 ET tonight. It’s unclear if Stone and McCary will be in attendance.
