Looks Like Blac Chyna's Lawsuit Against the Kardashians Is Going to Be Thrown Out

The judge is reportedly saying the Kardashians cannot be blamed for the cancelation of Chyna's reality TV series.

More bad news for Blac Chyna.

According to TMZ, the model-turned-reality TV star is close to losing her lawsuit against the Kardashians. Chyna took legal action against the family back in October 2017, claiming Kim, Kris, Khloe, Kylie, and her baby daddy Rob intentionally sabotaged her E! series, Rob & Chyna.

TMZ reports the suit’s primary claim will likely get tossed, as the judge isn’t convinced of Chyna’s argument. As you might recall, Chyna has accused the Kardashian klan of using their influence at the E! network to harm her career. Legal documents read:

According to the gossip site, the judge says the Kardashians are not to blame for her show’s cancelation, and that the network had the contractual right to pull the plug. Chyna reportedly argued that E! “had ‘effectively’ exercised the option for season 2 when” it announced the show’s return and began shooting scenes. The judge still wasn’t buying it, and reportedly told Chyna to provide some sort of written evidence to prove E!’s obligation to deliver a second season.

Though things aren’t looking too good for Chyna, TMZ reports she still has the option to amend the suit. As previously reported, Chyna is also suing the family for defamation among other complaints, so she still has a chance to secure a win in court.

2018 has been a pretty rough year for Chyna. The mother of two has faced a number of high profile scandals, including a sex tape leak and a physical altercation that occurred at a Six Flags. The latter incident reportedly killed Chyna’s endorsement deal with the stroller company Momiie.
