Robocop star Joel Kinnaman will replace Tom Hardy as the leader of a team of supervillains working for the government in DC's Suicide Squad, according to a report by TheWrap.
Sources say that Hardy's schedule didn't match up with production on the film, which is set to star Will Smith as Deadshot, Jared Leto as The Joker and Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn. Rumor is that Jesse Eisenberg could appear as Lex Luthor.
Kinnaman would play the role of leader Rick Flagg. Jared Leto was reportedly considered for the role too.
Kinnaman is best known for AMC's The Killing, and also appeared in the Denzel Washington film Safe House.
