There are hazards to becoming the first family on the block with a swimming pool. Neighbors suddenly show up wanting to hang out. Neighbors that live in the woods. Neighbors that scare you because you're worried they might eat you (I hate when that happens).

A family in northern New Jersey knows what that's like. A mother black bear and her five cubs showed up and decided to cool off by having a pool party in a back yard there as the homeowners took video, according to WPVI.

They played with the pool toys, checked out a swing set and, we assume, played a game of Marco Polo before ripping out the pool filter and taking off.
