A man wearing a Darth Vader mask and costume successfully robbed a Pineville, North Carolina bank at gunpoint on Monday morning. He got away in a 4-door gray Chevy Suburban (which is less attention-grabbing than the Executor). No one was injured, and the Charlotte FBI have been called in for assistance (and extra Force).
According to WBTV, "witnesses described the man as a 5'5" black male in dark clothing"—though we're not sure how they know he was black, since he wore black gloves and was covered head-to-toe in Sith robes.
It has not been reported how much of a haul the Dark Lord got it appears that he took it by hand. No duffel bag for this crook. He was sticking to his costume.
