Fans hoping to get a fresh batch of content from the "Christian Girl Autumn" influencer this year are about to be disappointed.

Caitlin Covington, who has left her mark on social media over the years for her fall-inspired photos, took to social media in a teary confession to reveal she won't be making content this season.

An emotional Covington said, "Hi guys, this is my fourth time recording and I just don’t know how I’m going to tell you guys that um I just, I’m not going to be able to post fall videos this year. It’s just a lot of pressure and um, it’s just a lot of pressure to like make each video better than the last, to like make each fall trip better, and I just really need a break this year and I’m really sorry."

Covington was quick to cut the video off, fighting through tears the entire time she addressed her fans.

Covington first went viral for her fall content in the 2010s as a student at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She was dubbed online as the face of the "Christian Girl Autumn" meme after significant circulation of her content every fall season.

In an interview with People last year, Covington revealed it wasn't easy making the annual content, saying, "I do feel pressure, especially during fall because I feel like everyone looks to me for fall content."

Covington, who has 1.3 million followers on Instagram, continued, "Christians can get a bad rap. I just want to emphasize that I'm very accepting of everyone and have a very open mind. While I am a Christian, I prefer not to preach about it on social media. Instead, I choose to live by example."

She added, "If someone is curious and asks me about my faith, I’m happy to share. I don’t want to impose my beliefs on anyone or make it seem like I’m forcing them on others."
