A long-simmering social media dispute involving Tommy Lee’s wife, Brittany Furlan, has taken a legal turn.

Ronnie Radke, the frontman of Falling in Reverse, has filed for a temporary restraining order against Furlan in Los Angeles, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

Radke submitted the request on January 5, asking the court to require Furlan to remain at least 100 yards away from him.

The filing alleges ongoing harassment that escalated beyond social media, including claims that Furlan appeared outside his home and later followed him to a medical appointment. A hearing on the matter is scheduled for January 23, 2026.

The court action renews attention to a public controversy that first emerged in May 2025, when Lee posted “Who’s been catfished?” on Instagram, prompting speculation about a fake online account impersonating Radke.

Around the same time, Radke denied any involvement and said he had contacted federal authorities about the impersonation, maintaining that he was not behind the messages sent to Furlan.

Furlan has previously acknowledged interacting with an account she believed belonged to Radke while she and Lee were dealing with private relationship issues.

She later addressed the situation on TikTok and podcasts, saying she informed her husband about the messages and that the incident ultimately brought them closer. Despite reports at the time suggesting a split, Furlan and Lee remain together and have continued to appear publicly as a couple.

Over the weekend, Furlan revisited the dispute on Instagram Stories, posting screenshots and suggesting the impersonator may have been Radke himself. She also alleged the account contacted other people connected to both her and Radke. In one message exchange, she shared, the account sent notes reading “miss you” and “madly,” along with a photo of her.

In response to the restraining order filing, a representative for Furlan disputed Radke’s claims. “We are aware of the restraining order petition that has been filed,” the statement read, adding that the allegations against Furlan are “not accurate.”

Her attorney separately told Page Six that Furlan is “the only victim of harassment” and described the filing as “frivolous,” vowing to challenge it in court.

Radke, for his part, has accused Furlan of “stalking and harassment” in a series of Instagram posts, asserting that the situation crossed into criminal behavior.

Beyond the court filing, neither Radke nor his legal team has issued further public comment.
