Porsha Williams has been officially cleared of all allegations stemming from a November 16 incident aboard a Delta Air Lines flight, following a federal review by the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the FBI.

In a statement provided to People, her attorney, Joe Habachy, said that “no crime has been committed.” They confirmed that the FBI “will not pursue any further investigative actions regarding this matter.”

Williams, 44, was escorted off the aircraft after landing in Atlanta, a response triggered by a reported onboard dispute. Habachy first stated on November 18 that Williams was “verbally assaulted by an irate and unhinged passenger without provocation”—an elderly woman who later accused Williams of physically attacking her. Those allegations have now been dismissed.

In a statement, Habachy said Williams is “pleased” by the outcome but “not surprised,” noting that “there was never a physical encounter” and that the claims against her were “blatantly false from the beginning.”

He added that the reality star endured a “damaging press frenzy” fueled by unverified allegations and said she is “owed apologies by this passenger and by every publication that furthered the unsubstantiated storyline.”

Two days before the clearance, the Atlanta Police Department released bodycam footage documenting interactions after the flight. The footage shows Williams providing her account while two passengers approached separately to support her version of events.

One witness told officers that the other passenger’s behavior was “reprehensible,” adding, “The woman got in your face and gave you the middle finger, and was doing things that were completely chaotic to you.”

Another witness, seated two rows behind Williams, said, “She did not touch that lady,” explaining that the exchange escalated only when the elderly woman became “really animated and started screaming.” He described Williams’ response as limited to pointing and telling the woman, “Don’t talk to me like that.”

Williams reportedly told officers the woman had demanded she stop listening to an Instagram video and then called her a “b*tch.” She said she requested to be separated from the passenger as the situation escalated, with the woman attempting to record her and alleging—falsely, according to witnesses—that Williams struck her.

Police confirmed that both women were interviewed and that witness statements were forwarded to the FBI. With the federal review now closed, Williams and her attorney expressed gratitude to the passengers who came forward.

“Ms. Williams is thankful to the many witnesses who took time from their schedules to provide statements to law enforcement and to the agents who worked so hard to uncover the truth,” Habachy said.
