Michael B. Jordan is making headlines again—this time in real estate. The Oscar-winning actor has relisted his Encino, California, mansion at a significantly reduced price of $10.495 million, more than $2 million less than what he paid for the property in 2022.
According to InTouch, the 11,599-square-foot home, which sits on a gated half-acre lot, was first purchased by Jordan for $12.51 million. After initially listing it in 2023 for nearly $13 million, the property has returned to the market multiple times, with the asking price gradually dropping.
According to Architectural Digest, the residence blends “modern design” with a sense of “natural serenity.” The open-concept layout includes high ceilings, expansive glass walls, and a chef’s kitchen outfitted with custom oak cabinetry.
The home also features a private theater, temperature-controlled wine cellar, and a wellness center complete with an indoor-outdoor spa. Outside, the backyard is designed for entertaining, with a pool, spa, and a two-story guest house.
Jordan originally purchased the newly built farmhouse-style estate shortly after its 2021 completion, reportedly investing an additional $500,000 into upgrades, including enhancements to security and climate systems.
The home includes luxury touches throughout, such as a 20-foot-tall front door, a gym with a dipping pool, a soundproof theater, and a primary suite with dual bathrooms and expansive walk-in closets.
The relisting comes on the heels of a major career milestone for Jordan. Earlier this month, he won his first Academy Award for Best Actor for his dual performance as twin brothers in Sinners, a role that marked a new high point in a career that has steadily evolved over two decades.
Before becoming one of Hollywood’s most in-demand leading men, Jordan built his résumé through television, including a formative run on All My Children. From there, he moved into standout roles in The Wire and Friday Night Lights, eventually transitioning into blockbuster films and franchise leads.
