Meagan Good is marking a major personal milestone, celebrating one year of marriage with Jonathan Majors—and sharing it publicly in a way that’s drawing attention across the entertainment and culture landscape.
On March 19, Good posted a heartfelt message on Instagram reflecting on their first anniversary, writing, “The greatest love story I’ve ever known… You. Changed. My. Life.”
She continued, “I love you. With every breath I take… and then—whatever is next; I will still love you eternally.” The post, signed “~ Mrs Majors,” quickly circulated online as fans reacted to the couple reaching the one-year mark.
The anniversary follows a private wedding held on March 18, 2025, at the couple’s home in Los Angeles. According to previously confirmed details, the ceremony was officiated by Majors’ mother, a pastor, with Good’s mother serving as a witness.
The couple publicly confirmed their marriage shortly after, following their November 2024 engagement announcement at the EBONY Power 100 Gala.
Good, a longtime presence in film and television with credits ranging from Eve’s Bayou to Shazam!, entered the relationship with an already established career. Majors, known for roles in projects like Creed III and Lovecraft Country, has also remained a prominent figure in Hollywood, even as his personal life has drawn headlines.
“Meagan, that’s my everything,” he said, adding that she “helped rebuild me” during a challenging period. He credited her with providing both emotional grounding and accountability, noting that “she checks me” while continuing to support him.
Their relationship has been closely followed since they were first linked in May 2023. The pairing initially drew widespread attention due to the timing, as Majors was facing legal issues that later resulted in a misdemeanor conviction and a court-ordered domestic violence intervention program.
Despite that backdrop, the couple remained together, eventually becoming engaged and later marrying in early 2025.
Good was previously married to producer and pastor DeVon Franklin. Following their 2022 divorce, Franklin has spoken positively about their past, saying there is “nothing but love” between them and emphasizing that their relationship “worked for what it needed to” for personal growth.
