Newly surfaced law enforcement records reveal that deputies were dispatched more than 20 times to the Wisconsin residence of former 90 Day Fiancé personalities Leida Margaretha and Eric Rosenbrook in the years leading up to the death of their infant daughter.

According to reports obtained by Us Weekly, the Adams County Sheriff’s Office responded to at least 22 calls tied to the household, as documented by police. Several of the responses occurred in 2025, the same year the couple’s newborn daughter, Alisa Eleanor Rosenbrook, died after being hospitalized with severe injuries.

Among the reported incidents were complaints related to alleged cyberbullying, neighborhood disputes, and concerns involving the couple’s pet dog.

One call logged on January 30, 2025, came from a person who claimed to have witnessed the couple’s Siberian husky being struck with a laptop and asked authorities to check on the animal’s welfare.

According to the report, the caller said he feared the dog could be harmed again but declined to provide evidence to support the claim, telling dispatchers to “forget it” before ending the conversation. Officers ultimately did not conduct a welfare check.

In another case that summer, deputies responded after Margaretha reported being bitten by the same dog, a one-year-old husky named Appa. Police noted visible puncture wounds and a cut on her hand when they arrived. Margaretha told officers the dog had been fasting following a recent neutering procedure and had previously displayed food-related aggression.

According to the report, she asked whether the dog could be taken to a shelter because she no longer wanted it, though deputies left the animal at the residence.

The couple first gained national attention when they appeared on 90 Day Fiancé during the show’s sixth season in 2018, documenting their relationship after meeting online and Margaretha relocating to Wisconsin. In the years since their reality TV appearance, their personal lives have repeatedly drawn public attention.

Authorities were also contacted numerous times about alleged online harassment directed at Margaretha. Records indicate she made several reports beginning in 2020 about cyberbullying, while she and Rosenbrook placed more than a dozen calls to police in 2021 while seeking legal action against a blogger they accused of targeting them online.

The police call history has emerged amid a series of legal and financial challenges for the couple. Court filings show Margaretha is currently facing 24 felony charges in Wisconsin tied to allegations of wire fraud, forgery, and theft. Her attorney, Taylor Hart, has said the accusations relate to earlier claims that she plans to dispute in court again.

The household also filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy in December 2025, reporting combined debts exceeding $350,000. Financial disclosures listed multiple vehicles and indicated the couple had less than $2,000 in their checking account at the time of the filing.

The scrutiny surrounding the couple intensified after their daughter’s death last July. An assessment from Adams County Health and Human Services later determined the infant’s death was “non-accidental,” stating investigators found “a preponderance of the evidence to substantiate maltreatment of physical abuse to the infant by the mother.”

Margaretha has denied those allegations, and Hart previously said she “would have never harmed her child.”

No criminal charges have been filed in connection with the infant’s death, and authorities say the investigation remains ongoing.
