Kevin Hart recently posted a video of his workout regimen, but unfortunately for him, it didn't land right with his intended audience.

The actor took to Instagram on Thursday, July 10, to post his progress in the gym. Hart's video featured the instrumental of Ice Cube's classic track, "You Can Do It," in the background, and showed him doing deadlifts and back squats as an unnamed and unseen trainer cheers him on in the background.

The comments, however, were unforgiving. "It's literally 10lbs 😒😒😒😒🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣," wrote one fan, while another commented: "Form is bad because of your lack of mobility. You need to work on it or you're going to get hurt . 💯 Be patient with progress."

Hart's bad form didn't go unnoticed by his more experienced gym-going fans. "Ain’t no way! This form is so bad on all the moves. Please fire that Coach. Did I hear him say 'yeah that was a good one' 🫠," wrote one fan.

Another fan was a little gentler in his assertion. "Respect the work, but somebody get this man a trainer to tighten up that form," he wrote.

But not all of Kevin Hart's fans were taking him to task for his less-than-stellar performance. Quite a few, in fact, were pointing out that Hart had extensive spinal surgery in 2019 following a serious car accident.

"His back was messed up relax who cares he's over 40 he doesn't need to push up a bunch of weight," wrote one fan.

Another came through with a generous offer of his own: "Yo Kev! Love to see your grind. As a 23 Army veteran, an orthopedic and trauma nurse, a several sport athlete, and after my retirement now a sports medicine Dr. we gotta talk about form! Your trainer should know or holla at me, I’d close down my facility to work with you. Just sayin 🤷🏾‍♂️."
