South Korean Twitch star Jinnytty is back online after a terrifying livestream in Poland showed the travel creator barricading herself inside a hotel room during what viewers believe was an active stalking incident.

The incident unfolded during Jinnytty’s ongoing “Wobblethon” cycling challenge, a long-distance livestreamed trip stretching roughly 1,500 kilometers from Poland to Romania. The streamer checked into a remote hotel in Rozdziele, Poland, before realizing a man she had noticed earlier appeared to be lingering around the property.

During the stream, Jinnytty told viewers the man allegedly rented a room next to hers, waited until her broadcast ended, then repeatedly knocked on her door late at night. “He tried to open the doorknob,” she said during the stream while visibly shaken and pushing furniture against the hotel room entrance.

Viewers watching live reportedly heard noises outside the room as chat messages flooded in, urging her to contact authorities and hotel staff immediately. Fans later praised Polish streamer Mokrysuchar, who reportedly helped move her to safety before authorities arrived.

Jinnytty, whose real name is Yoo Yoon-jin, has spent years building one of Twitch’s biggest IRL streaming audiences through multilingual travel broadcasts, gaming streams, and highly interactive content.

A graduate of Yonsei University in South Korea, she first gained traction on Twitch in 2017 before becoming internationally recognized for livestreaming trips across Asia, Europe, and the United States.

In 2023, she drew widespread attention for her “Waddlethon” event, in which she walked more than 1,000 kilometers around Taiwan while streaming the journey live to fans.

That Taiwan trip also included another stalking scare. During the 2023 event, police intervened after a veiled man reportedly followed her for several hours.

Parts of Jinnytty’s May 17 stream already hinted at the unpredictability of the trip before things escalated. While riding through Malaysia during an earlier segment of the challenge, she mentioned seeing “the same guy” nearby, moving around and staring at her as she traveled alone at night.

“Why is he like moving around?” she said during the broadcast.

Despite the ordeal, Jinnytty recently returned to Instagram with a lighthearted makeup transformation video that reassured fans she was safe.
